Tim Klein is the assistant coach for both the men's and women's soccer teams at Dordt College. Klein began working with the women's team in 2006 as the goalkeeping coach and joined the men's program the following year as an assistant and goalkeeping coach. During this time Dordt's men have had a goal against average of 1.8 and the women have given up 1.11 goals per contest.
Klein graduated from Dordt in 2005 with a degree in secondary education with an emphasis in business. After graduation, Klein spent three years teaching at Remsen-Union High School in the area of business education. While there, Klein brought individuals to the state golf meet on four occasions. Klein is currently finishing up his master's degree in education at Dordt College.
While at Dordt, Klein started every game in goal as a junior and senior and gave up two goals per game in that time; he was twice named to the GPAC All-Conference Team as an Honorable Mention.
