Oliver Picks Dordt College

(Monday, April 14; Sioux Center, Iowa)  Kyle Oliver, a senior at New London High School (Iowa), has announced his intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender football program.

Oliver had 87 total tackles his senior season and was in on 13 tackles for loss with four fumble recoveries.  He claimed second-team all-district honors while also claiming all-Hawkeye honorable mention honors.  Was a member of the All-Golden Triangle News Services honor team.

Kyle is the son of Jerry and Heather Oliver of New London, Iowa.  He plans to study engineering at Dordt College.

Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian college rooted in the Reformed tradition. Dordt’s athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). 

U.S. News & World Report,, Washington Monthly, and Princeton Review all list Dordt on their best colleges lists. Dordt is home to approximately 1,400 students.
