Jamie Van Voorst

Assistant Coach

Jamie Van Voorst’s primary responsibility is serving as the head junior varsity volleyball coach while also assisting the Defender varsity team. She graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in 2009 with degrees in biology, chemistry, and criminal justice. She served as a volleyball team captain and played primarily as a defensive specialist. Her career began at Des Moines Area Community College where she played for two years. She played high school volleyball at Ballard of Huxley (Iowa). Jamie and her husband Keaton live in Boyden.
