Bradley Miedema conducts the Concert Band, Campus-Community Band, and Chamber Orchestra, and teaches conducting and courses in instrumental music education. He is a violinist and hornist, and serves as music director of the Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra (NISO) as well as conductor of the Northwest Iowa Symphony Youth Orchestra (NISYO). In addition, he is active in church music as an organist and choir director.

- M.Mus. in Music Education, Western Washington University
- B.A. in Music Education, Dordt College
- Twenty years experience teaching music in schools from elementary school through college
