Dordt students present interdisciplinary solutions to the global water crisis

November 5, 2012

Do you know that nearly 900 million people in the world lack access to safe and sustainable drinking water? This semester, nearly 500 Dordt College students, representing almost every major on campus, have been working in interdisciplinary groups of three or four students to develop their ideas for ways to address the global water crisis.

From 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, in the Dordt College Campus Center, 122 student groups will be displaying posters illustrating their proposed solutions. Students will be available throughout the two-hour time frame to discuss their poster and answer questions.

The community is invited to come and view the posters, talk with students, and be inspired by the thoughtfulness and creativity of Dordt students in addressing this critical global issue. Please join us!
