Brian Verwolf

Assistant Soccer Coach

Brian Verwolf assists the men’s varsity program and is the head coach for the men’s junior varsity program at Dordt College. He joined the men’s program as a coach in 2012 after leading the Defenders as a player from 2008 to 2011. As a goalkeeper for the Defenders, Verwolf had a goal against average of 1.59 throughout his four-year career, which included being the starting keeper for three seasons. 

Verwolf was recognized for his work in goal for the Defenders by being selected to the GPAC All-Conference team three times and was recognized by the NAIA as a Scholar-Athlete in his junior and senior seasons, and also by the NSCAA as a third team Scholar All-Region player his senior season. Brian has served as the junior varsity girls coach and assistant varsity coach at Western Christian High School while a student at Dordt College.
