Dordt College music faculty to perform recital

The Dordt College music department will present a faculty recital Friday, November 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

Performers include Lisa Miedema (violin), Jennifer Frens (viola), Stephanie Kocher (piccolo and flute), Norma Synder Jones (piano), Beverly Gibson (clarinet), Pam De Haan (piano and saxophone), and Karen DeMol (clarinet).

Highlights of the recital include Passacaglia—Duo for Violin and Viola by Handel and Halvorsen, Feux Follets Rondo-Fantaisie for Piccolo and Piano, Opus 37B by Damaré, Variations sur un air du pays d’Oc by Cahuzac, and Blip Blip Blip for solo flute by Gary Schocker.

The recital is free and open to the public.
