Campus Green

In the center of campus are beautiful open spaces that we call the Campus Green. Many students walk through this area on their way to and from class each day where they can enjoy being surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation in the green grass and growing trees.

The Campus Green is a living example of Dordt’s commitment to creating community on campus. This beautification project has also created opportunities for impromptu games of Frisbee, outdoor studying, and hanging out with friends while soaking up the sun.

In addition to the green spaces within the campus green, Dordt residents and community members can enjoy the wonders of the tallgrass prairie located on the south end of campus surrounding the city’s bike and walking trail.
