Volleyball Hosts Fundraising Event

The Dordt College volleyball team will be hosting a fundraiser for the Amani Baby Cottage in Jinja, Uganda.

The program will again be hosting a bake sale prior to and during the Dordt-Buena Vista volleyball match played this year on Friday, October 19.  Last year’s event raised over $1,500.

The volleyball team is accepting donations of baked items the night of the event and all goods will be sold before and during the match in the west lobby of the De Witt Gym.

Current Dordt College volleyball player Jana Van Zanten and former player Kendra Potgeter have both volunteered time and work at Amani Baby Cottage. To learn more about Amani Baby Cottage visit http://amanibabycottage.org
