Dordt College seniors show art work

March 25, 2013

The first of three senior art exhibits to be displayed during the spring semester is on display through March 31 in the Dordt College Campus Center Art Gallery.

Senior art exhibits are an opportunity for the area and college community to see the final portfolios—many produced in professional settings and on-the-job work projects—and best works of graduating art majors. The exhibit is free to the public every day from 7 to 10 p.m.

Jordan Edens, a graphic design and photography major from Kennewick, Washington, is exhibiting digital photography and ceramics.

Liesl Scholten, a graphic design major from Byron Center, Michigan, is displaying digital photographs, a design portfolio, and linocut prints.

Aanna Stadem, a graphic design major from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is displaying digital photography, intaglio prints, and ceramics.

Anna VandenAkker, a graphic design major from Leota, Minnesota, is displaying digital photographs, linocut prints, and ceramics.

The Dordt College Department of Art and Design offers an art major in five areas of emphasis including studio fine art, graphic design, art history, art education, and pre-architecture. To learn more, visit
