Seeley Commits to Dordt Men's Soccer

Jason Seeley, a senior at Faith Christian Academy (Arvada, CO), recently announced his intention to attend Dordt College and join the men's soccer program.

Seeley, a 5'11", 150 pound midfielder for the Eagles, has also played forward and defense and has 12 goals and 10 assists in high school competition.  Seeley was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2013 and an All-State honorable mention in 2012 and 2013 while also serving as a team captain his senior year.  As a sophomore and junior, Seeley was a Second Team All-Conference selection.

Seeley helped the Eagles to a 3A State Championship in 2011 and State Semi-Finalist appearances in 2010 and 2012.

Seeley also has played nine years of club soccer for the Colorado Edge.  The Edge were Colorado State Cup finalists in 2013 and 2014 were the Colorado Showcase Champions.  Colorado Edge also tied the #2 nationally ranked Scottsdale Blackhawks, making it to the semis of the President's Day Tournament in Phoenix.

Jason is the son of Mark and Erika Seeley from Golden, Colorado and he plans to major in Biomedical Engineering at Dordt.

Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian college rooted in the Reformed tradition. Dordt’s athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).

U.S. News & World Report,, Washington Monthly, and Princeton Review all list Dordt on their best colleges lists. Dordt is home to approximately 1,400 students.
