Outcomes
Our alumni are busy as designers, publishers, printers, teachers, and studio artists.
Students can also combine art with other majors. A background in art and psychology could lead to a career in art therapy; art and journalism could lead to art advocacy; and art combined with business or communication could lead to marketing or art director positions.
Whatever the focus, our program trains students for life-long service in graphic design or fine art. They learn the technical skills needed to be a competent participant in the art world, and general education courses and interaction with professors prepare students to live richly in all areas of life.
