ALUMNI

Overview

Keep in touch with the caring, Christian community you knew as a student. Curious about whether you live near other Dordt alumni? Regional chapters will help you connect. The chapters are one way for Defender Nation to continue to encourage one another to advance Dordt’s mission. Learn more about how you can join a chapter or initiate a chapter for your region.

Here you can find out which regional events are heading your way. Explore the Dig Deeper section in the sidebar to the right to find further ways to stay connected.

The Fourth World Documentary Tour, Hudsonville, MI

There's a hidden world out there that is getting ready to explode. Most of us know little—if anything about it. It's the world of slums. One of every six human beings inhabits this hidden place and if the United Nations is right, that number will triple by 2050.

Join Dordt College alumni and friends on February 27, and watch the award-winning film The Fourth World documentary produced by faculty member Mark Volkers.

This issue is too big for just a few "important" government people to be thinking about. It's something we must all think about. And act on. After the screening, Volkers will lead a time of discussion for everyone to wrestle with the topic of the film together. There will also be time to mingle and enjoy refreshments with other alumni and friends of the college.

This is a free event! Please RSVP by February 23, so we can plan accordingly.
