Dordt Softball Signs Roberts

(Monday,
December 10; Sioux Center, Iowa) Amanda Roberts, a senior at Bloomington Christian High School (California), has announced her intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender softball program.
Roberts batted .481 last season with 35 4uns batted in and had a slugging percentage of .716. As a sophomore she batted .480 with 30 runs batted in and had 19 stolen bases. She claimed all-league honors from the Victory League honors in both 2011 and 2012 at catcher.
Amanda is the daughter of Patricia and William Roberts of Fontana, California. She plans to study education at Dordt College.
