Van Essen To Attend Dordt College

(Friday, March 15; Sioux Center, Iowa) Natalie Van Essen, a senior at Sioux Falls Christian (South Dakota), has announced her intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender track and field program.

Van Essen has a personal best in the long jump of 16-8.5 and was a part of a girls track and field team that placed third at the South Dakota State Track and Field Meet in 2012.  She has lettered in track and field five times at Sioux Falls Chrstian.

Natalie is the daughter of Lee and June Van Essen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  She plans to study social work at Dordt College.
