VOLLEYBALL
The Dordt College Volleyball Camps consist of five specialized camps and clinics for volleyball players of all skill levels entering grades 5 through 12. Each fun and competitive camp focuses on skill development through frequent ball contacts and positive feedback. The brochure contains information about the 2013 camps:
- Defender Elite Skills Clinic: June 12, 19, 26, July 10, and 17
- Varsity Prep Camp: July 22-24
- Shingles & Shovels Camp: July 29-30, entering grades 8-12; July 31-August 1, entering grades 5-9
- Aces & 3s Camp: July 29-30, entering grades 8-12; July 31-August 1, entering grades 5-9
- Dish & Hammer Camp: July 29-30, entering grades 8-12; July 31-August 1, entering grades 5-9
Facilities
Camps/clinics will be held in the air-conditioned Recreation Center and De Witt Gymnasium on the Dordt College campus in Sioux Center. The De Witt Gymnasium is home to Defender Volleyball.
Staff
All camp/clinic coaches are very knowledgeable and experienced with how to make you become more successful on the volleyball court. Current Dordt volleyball athletes will be on hand to help you grow your game!
