Student Employment Goals

  1. Help students develop life skills: Student Employment will teach valuable life skills including accountability, responsibility, discipline, initiative, and an overall value of work and vocation.
  2. Make a Dordt education more affordable: Student Employment will work as a tool within the Financial Aid program to make a Dordt education more affordable for students and their families. Students will have the option of earning resources that will enable them to complete their education with less debt.
  3. Allow Dordt to steward its resources: Student Employment will help the costs of operating the university by lowering the employment costs and providing essential services across campus.
