The community is invited to the piano recital of Dordt University junior Abraham Hall. The free recital will be held on Friday, November 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.
Recital repertoire includes Partita No. 6 in E Minor by Bach; Intermezzi, Op. 117 by Brahms; and Piano Sonata No. 30, Op. 109 by Beethoven.
Hall, of Machesney Park, Illinois, is majoring in Biology with a Music Minor. He has studied piano with MaryLou Wielenga since 2021 and is the recipient of the Ringerwole Piano Scholarship. He is also the recipient of the Kay Hotchkiss Organ Scholarship, awarded by the Rockford, Illinois chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
