Associate Professor of Art & Design and Art Gallery Director David Platter says that it is refreshing to see the whole gamut of the human experience on display in the works of the young artists.
“From pieces that suggest a more subtle and contemplative approach all the way to embracing striking humor in our studio practices, it’s evident that art is dynamic enough to encompass the whole of human experience,” he says. “It’s been an honor to host this work and celebrate how incredible these young artists are and the excellent work our local art teachers are achieving in their classes.”
