Dordt to welcome eighty-five high school choral singers to campus for the first annual honor choir weekend.
Dordt University will welcome eighty-five high school choral singers to campus from September 28 to 30 for the first annual Dordt University Honor Choir Weekend. Attendees come from seven states, hailing from as far as Washington to Indiana. Each of the students participating are recommended by their individual choir directors. The ensemble will spend Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday morning in rehearsals and will give a final concert at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 30. The honor choir will be conducted by Ryan Smit, director of choral activities at Dordt University.
