Joe Bakker
Dean for Online, Graduate, and Partner Programs
Joe Bakker is Dean for Online, Graduate, and Partner Programs. Providing leadership for online and graduate programs and their associated adjunct faculty (including dual credit, undergraduate and graduate courses, certificates, and programs), Bakker is responsible for online and graduate program marketing and enrollment, the online learning environment and expectations, and external partnerships focused on promoting student learning.
Bakker helps lead culture building for online and graduate adjunct faculty. He also guides the selection and use of educational technologies that are used for online and on-campus teaching and learning. He also serves as the supervising dean for the Director of Library Services and the Hulst Library.
