Dr. Trista Logan

Assistant Professor of Education

Dr. Trista Logan is an assistant professor of education at Dordt University. Her research interests include reading disabilities, interventions, and best practices. She previously worked as a kindergarten teacher in Ankeny, Iowa.

Logan is excited about teaching in an environment where the faculty and students share her Christian values. “We all have the same goals. We all have the same desired outcomes for our students. Most importantly, everyone at Dordt keeps God at the center,” Dr. Logan says.

Outside of the classroom, Dr. Logan enjoys teaching and mentoring; she has coached cheer for many years as well.
